高校生の時の話。 当時中国語を熱心に勉強していた同級生の近藤さんが私の名前を中国語に訳してくれるといい、電子辞書で調べてくれた。しかしどうしても日中辞典で「茜」の訳を見つけられなかったらしく、「たぶん『赤』でいい」という結論に至っていた。たぶん違う、とは言えなかった。
